  • PreOrders: You will be notified when your order is being processed and when it is shipped. Typically, processing will start 2 weeks after the sale ends. 
  • In-Stock: If we have your products, it will be processed and shipped within 3 days!

Returns/Exchanges

NO returns or exchanges on PreOrders. NO returns or exchanges on In-Stock orders.

Cancellation

YOU ARE ALLOWED to CANCEL an order BEFORE the item is SHIPPED. If you have to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please fill out the form below. We want to satisfy EVERY customer and we will work to resolve any issues.
